Event Participation Waiver & Release

By registering for and/or attending any Healing Ape, Inc. event, retreat, workshop, or experience:

You acknowledge that participation may involve:

• Physical activity

• Outdoor environmental conditions

• Sound and light exposure

• Emotional or psychological experiences

• International travel risks

 

You voluntarily assume all risks.

You release and waive any claims against Healing Ape, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners for any injury, illness, emotional distress, property loss, or other damages arising from participation.

You agree that you are physically and mentally capable of participating.

You understand that Healing Ape, Inc.experiences are artistic and experiential, not medical or therapeutic treatment.

You consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary.

You agree that any dispute shall be governed by Nevada law.

 

 

 

Digital Assets & Blockchain

If the Company in the future offers digital collectibles, NFTs, blockchain tokens, or other digital assets:

• Such assets are for artistic or experiential purposes only.

• They are not investment contracts unless expressly stated in formal offering documents.

• Digital asset markets are volatile.

• Purchasers assume all risk of loss.
